Flipflops and Adventures is all about creating memories! Leah, the Chief Travel Curator and Flipflops Adventuress, has always had a craving to explore and taste the world. When she married her husband, the Bearded Adventurer, they had very different travel styles but blended them together to have fun adventures to suit both of them. One vacation would be a luxury filled trip to Leah’s beloved Italy to explore ruins and eat lots of gelato (her favorite sweet indulgence), with the next trip taking to the seas for a week long sailing voyage, while the Bearded Adventurer joined in to help crew the ship! When the Little Adventurer joined the family, everyone swore that their traveling days were over but they resolved to keep it a priority and traveled extensively and often together as a family. Traveling with her child only solidified Leah’s passion for sharing the benefits and joy of exploring unknown places and the immeasurable benefits with the people you love. Experiences over things became one of her mantras as they chose to prioritize quality time, adventures and making memories together as a family. They have recently added a new Tiny Adventurer to the family and she is ready, passport in hand to join the adventures!
